Why doesn't call audio play through car speakers when connected via Bluetooth, FM, or AUX?
When the device is connected to the car audio via Bluetooth, FM, or AUX, the call/music audio output on the phone needs to be set to CarPlay, and the call volume must be adjusted on the phone.

Why doesn't the backup camera view show up automatically when shifting into reverse?
The backup camera is installed incorrectly or has failed. The red wire of the backup camera must be attached to the reverse signal wire of the reverse light. If you lack experience with this, it’s recommended to seek professional installation.

Is the "wireless" you mentioned referring to wireless power supply?
No, it's not. The "wireless" described on our page refers to wireless connection for CarPlay/Android Auto. The screen is mainly powered using the car charger cable we provide.

Why does your screen automatically shut down or fail to stay powered on?
Please make sure to use the car charger cable we provide for power supply. Additionally, your car’s power output must be 5V/3A. Otherwise, the screen may not receive sufficient power, which can cause the device to shut down automatically.

Does your device support the latest iOS 26?
We are currently working on updates to support it. If you encounter connection issues, please find us through the after-sales channels listed in the user manual. We will help you resolve the issue.
