Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.
Some items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care products, cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In certain cases, a physical return may not be necessary. If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we may issue a refund or replacement directly without requiring the item to be shipped back.
3. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a refund without a return. If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size, dislike, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at akcpremiumservices@gmail.com.
